Marketing & Promotion Manager (Code: MPM)

1. Male/female, maximal 30 years old
2. S1 degree in management / marketing major from reputable university
3. Good knowledge of planning and developing of marketing and promotion in property bisnis.

Marketing (Code: MKT)

1. Male/female, single maximal 27 years old
2. Minimal D3 on all academic field

Accounting & Finance Manager (Code: ACFM)

1. Male/female, maximal 30 years old
2. Good understanding in planning and developing of budgeting and accounting
3. S1 degree in accounting / finance major from reputable university
4. Familiar with GL program

Accounting and Finance Officer (Code: AFO)

1. Male/female, single, maximal 27 years old
2. Minimal D3 in accounting from reputable university
3. Familiar with GL program

Tax Accounting Manager (Code: TAM)

1. Male/female, maximal 30 years old
2. S1 degree in accounting / tax major from reputable university
3. Good understanding in tax system and regulation of Indonesian tax

Tax Accounting Officer (Code: TAO)

1. Male/female, maximal 30 years old
2. Minimal D3 in accounting / tax major from reputable university

Planning Control & Administration Manager (Code: PCAM)

1. Male/female, maximal 30 years old
2. S1 degree in management from reputable university
3. Strong analytical, strategic thinking & general management understanding with practical approach as a problem solving.
4. Good knowledge of planning and developing of management in property business

Administration and Planning Control Officer (Code: APCO)

1. Male/female, single, maximal 27 years old
2. Minimal D3 in management from reputable university

Project Supervisor (Code: PS)

1. Male, maximal 30 years old
2. Minimal D3 in Civil Technical Engineering from reputable university
3. Good knowledge and handling for engineering and developing property
4. Familiar with AutoCAD Program

Logistic (Code: LO)

1. Male, maximal 30 years old
2. Minimal D3 in Civil technical from reputable university
3. Good knowledge and handling for engineering and developing property

General Requirements:

1. Good looking and communication on personal relationship
2. Good communication in English both spoken and written
3. Having job experience min. 1 year in related field
4. Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
5. Analytical thinking, self motivated and able to cooperate effectively.
