1. Male, age 35-45 years, min. S1 law, preferably has notary education background.

2. Experience as Corporate Affair at least for 3 years

3. Has own car.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

1. Male, age 35-45 years, min S1 Civil Engineering

2. Experience in a similar position, preferably in real estate development

3. Has own car

PROJECT CONTROLLER

1. Male/female, age 32-45 years

2. Preferably S1 Civil engineering with working experience in banking for min. 3 years

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

1. Female, age 32-45 years, S1 Accounting

2. Has min. 5 years experience as Finance Controller in hotels or similar

TAX ACCOUNTING MANAGER

1. Female, age 32-45 years, S1 Accounting

2. Min. 3 years experience in the same position, preferably in real estate developer background.

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR & OFFICERS

1. Male, age 32-40 years, S1 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

2. Min. 3 years in the same position, preferably has experience in construction of commercial buildings (office, apartments, hotels)

SITE OFFICERS

1. Male, age 27-35 years, S1 Civil Engineering

2. Computer literate, able to operate SUN / SAP or any similar programs, has the skills to read and implement architecture’s design.

3. Has own vehicle

TAX & FINANCE ACCOUNTING OFFICERS

Female, age 24-30 years, D3/S1 accounting with GPA min. 3,00

EDP OFFICER

1. Male, age 24-30 years, S1 Computer Engineering

2. Able to maintain company website

3. Able to maintain and program company IT System
