  4. Dapat mengelola proyek sampai akhir (1,2)
  5. Bersedia ditempatkan diluar kota (3)
  6. Menguasai TEKLA, AUTOCAD dll (4)
  7. mampu mengkoodinir Team Drafter (4)
  8. Mempunyai sertifikat K3 (5)
  9. Mengerti semu aprosedur safety terutama bidang konstruksi baja (5)
  10. Punya kemampuan adm yang baik & terbiasa mengelola proyek konstruksi (6)
